Graduated in Biological Sciences at the University of São Paulo (1997), Master in Oceanography (Biological Oceanography) at the University of São Paulo (2000) and PhD in Oceanography (Biological Oceanography) at the University of São Paulo (2006). Has experience in Zoology and Physiology of marine fishes, with emphasis on Chronobiology, working mainly on the following topics: trophic ecology, biological rhythms, stomach contents. She worked from 2008 to 2014 in the area of public policies and conservation of aquatic environments.
