Ricardo Toshinori Yoshioka

Formed in Applied Physics at UNICAMP (1989). He has held a Scientific Initiation at the undergraduate level where he participated in the development of a Rapid Thermal Furnace (RTP). He completed his Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at UNICAMP (1992). organic materials for Plasma SF6 and O2 in Integrated Circuits, a specialization at the Tokyo Institute of Technology - Japan (1992-1994) where he developed works manufacturing utra-fast transistors HBT (Heterojunction Bipolar transistors) and concluded a PhD in Microelectronics by Engineering Electrical - UNICAMP (2001) with emphasis in this area of high frequency HBTs transistors. He is currently an engineer / researcher at the Eldorado Research Institute. Conducts researches and developments in Mobile Communication Systems, Digital TV, in the area of RFID (Radiofrequency Identification) related to analog circuits, RF, antennas. Develops technological solutions in the area of electrical energy. And in the field of microelectronics, it develops advanced package (encapsulation) processes in semiconductor devices.
