Fernando Kleiman

As a Federal Civil Servant (permanent staff), I have worked in different ministries, the Presidency and at the National School for Public Administration where I supported the creation of GNOVA, Public Policy Innovation Lab. I am a lecturer-researcher at NHL-Stenden (The Nethelrands) in the Serious Gaming program. I have a PhD in Systems Engineering where I have researched the use of games to change civil servants' attitudes towards providing open data. I had my Bsc in Economics (University of São Paulo - USP), my Msc in sociology (University of Brasília - UnB) and lectured in political sciences (Centro Universitário do Distrito Federal - UniDF).
