Graduated in Law from Santa Fe's Catholic University, Argentina (1987); Master's Degree in Latin America's Integration from University of Sao Paulo (1996), and PhD. in Economic and Financial Law from University of Sao Paulo (2003). Is currently an attorney in Sao Paulo. Member of several entities's list of arbitratiors: ICDR (International Centre for Dispute Resolution); CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Comission); CCBC (Brazil-Canada Commerce Chamber's Arbitration and Mediation Center); FIESP/CIESP's Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration; CAM (Market's Arbitration Chamber); ARBITAC, among others. Represented clients and, also, has acted as an arbitrator in a series of industries and subjects, such as energy, hospitality, education, construction and engineering, real estate, franchising, corporate law, port services, joint ventures, international sale and purchase of goods agreements, service providing, rents, among others.
