Graduated in Electrical Engineering (2000) from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (UMC), Master in Biomedical Engineering (2003) from the same institution, and completed her PhD in Biomedical Engineering in 2011. She has experience in the areas of simulation and modeling of biomedical systems, digital radiography, mammography and dual-energy mammographic image subtraction. She has worked for over 20 years in the educational field, with an emphasis on Information Technology courses. She taught subjects such as Programming Logic, Object-Oriented Analysis, Project Management, Database, Programming, Data Structures, Formal Languages #8203;#8203;and Automata, Graph Theory and Programming Paradigms. She also worked for a year and a half as a teacher in distance learning courses (EAD), contributing to the training of professionals through remote teaching methodologies. She is currently a professor of Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science and Information Systems at Braz Cubas University Center, where she develops teaching activities focused on the technical and critical training of students in the IT area. She integrates knowledge of engineering and information technology in teaching, with a strong presence in higher education and dedication to the academic and professional training of students.
