He has experience in litigation, consulting and opinion writing in the area of #8203;#8203;Private Law, with an emphasis on Commercial Law, acting mainly in the following areas: commercial law, corporate law, contract law, law of foundations and associations (and their economic activities), cooperatives, agribusiness, business arbitration.
