Dean of the School of Architecture, Arts and Design of PUC-Campinas - Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas. Full Professor and researcher of the PosUrb-Arq Program and of the School of Architecture and Urbanism of PUC-Campinas. Board of Directors (Treasurer) of ANPARQ - National Association for Research in Architecture and Urbanism (2023 -2024). He was Coordinator of PosUrb-Arq - Graduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism in 2022. Urban Architect from FAUUSP (1989). Master (1999) and PhD (2005) in urban environmental structures at FAUUSP. Post-Doctorate at ProArq of UFRJ (2015-2016). Co-leader of the Research Group Territorial Policies and Water in the Urban Environment, registered with CNPq, linked to the research line Project, Innovation and Management in Architecture and Urbanism of PosUrb-Arq / PUC-Campinas. He was EDITOR-IN-CHIEF of the Magazine OCULUM ENSAIOS - PUC-Campinas (2019-2021). He was President of ABAP between 2011 and 2013, when the CAU - Council of Architecture and Urbanism was started. He worked as a consultant at MPS associates where the following stand out: coordination of the Orla Paraty Project (2022); the consultancy for GIZ in the development of PNDU - National Policy for Urban Development (2020); the coordination of the PDInfra-CSP-Unifesp - Infrastructure Master Plan of the São Paulo Campus of UNIFESP (2016 to 2018), the technical coordination of the Socio-Spatial Plan of Rocinha Rio de Janeiro (2007-2009); coordination of 11 participatory plans in the mountainous region of Espírito Santo (2005-2006); development of urban projects of transport corridors in São Paulo (2005) and the Port Area of Rio de Janeiro (2003-2004).
