Andrea Laplane

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo, holds a Master degree in Commercial Law from the same university, LLM in Law, Science and Technology from Stanford University, USA, and PhD in Science and Technology Policy Studies from the University of Sussex, UK. She is currently a Research Collaborator at Unicamp, Department of Science and Technology Policy; Associate Faculty at the Science Policy Research Unit, University of Sussex, and Research Associate at the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, University College London. She has experience in the field of science, technology and innovation policies, acting mainly on the following themes: mission-oriented policies, public-private partnerships, legal-institutional arrangements, health innovation, intellectual property and competition policy.
