Luiz Alberto Gurjao Sampaio de Cavalcante Rocha

Holds a degree in Law from the University of Amazônia (1998), a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Pará (1998) and a PhD in State Law from the University of São Paulo (2003). He is currently Director of the Dean of Undergraduate Education, Associate Professor II at the Faculty of Law and Permanent Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Law and Development in the Amazon (PPGDDA), both at the Institute of Legal Sciences, all functions within the scope of Federal University of Pará. Lawyer and Legal Consultant. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Law, with an emphasis on Public Law, working mainly on the following topics: Constitutional Law, Democracy, Public Administration and Basic Sanitation (Water and Sewage).
