André Moldenhauer Peret

Biologist (Bachelor's and Teaching Degree) from UFSCar, with a Master's and Ph.D. in Ecology and Natural Resources from the same institution. Served as a volunteer lecturer at UFSCar for two years. Extensive research experience in limnology, environmental contamination, bioaccumulation, environmental microbiology, and aquatic ecotoxicology. Completed three postdoctoral fellowships at INCT-Aqua (UFMG), focusing on the adaptation of international methodologies to assess environments impacted by heavy metals and domestic effluents, in collaboration with the University of Cádiz (Spain).
