Rute Magalhães Brito

Biologist, PhD in Science (Genetics) from the University of São Paulo (2005) has postdoctoral experience funded by CNPq and by Australian fellowship "Endeavor Awards" at the University of Sydney, Sydney, Australia, in Population Genetics of bees. As a visiting scholar at Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, Boston MA, USA, worked in Epigenetics using Drosophila as a model organism. Has experience in Genetics, focusing on Animal Genetics, on the following subjects: population genetics, epigenetics for biomonitoring and molecular biology of insects.
