Civil Engineer graduated from UNESP - Ilha Solteira (2000) and a Work Safety Engineer. I hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering - Water Resources and Environmental Technologies from UNESP - Ilha Solteira (2003) and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering - Automation - Artificial Neural Networks from PPGEE - Capes 6 Concept at UNESP - Ilha Solteira (2013), with a Sandwich Program at LNEC - Portugal (2013). I am an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering on the Barra do Bugres Campus of the State University of Mato Grosso (UNEMAT). I have experience in the field of Free Surface Hydraulics and Water Resources, focusing primarily on fluid mechanics, rheology, open channels, hydrology, artificial neural networks, and machine learning. I served as the 1st Head of the Civil Engineering Department - Unemat/Sinop (2006-2008), Director of the Faculty of Exact Sciences at the State University of Mato Grosso (2008-2010), and 1st Director of the Technological Innovation Center. I also held the position of 1st Pro-Rectory for Student Affairs at Unemat (2011) and Pro-Rectory for Planning and Institutional Development (2011). From 2013 to 2018, I served as the Pro-Rectory for Planning and Information Technology at UNEMAT. I worked as an External Affairs Advisor at the Rectorate from 2019 to 2022. Currently, I serve as an Administrative Advisor at the Rectorate and Coordinator of the Professional Master's Program in Water Resources Management and Regulation - ProfÁgua-UNEMAT, a network program.
