Member of the team that envisioned, implemented, and ran the outpatient eating disorders unit (Grupo Interdisciplinar de Assistência e Estudos em Transtornos Alimentares - GETA - Unicamp) at the Department of Psychiatry and Medical Psychology at the State University of Campinas' Hospital, where she worked until 2010. Lecturer at the Anthropology Department - University of Auckland (New Zealand) in 2011. Has experience in Anthropology, acting on the following subjects: gender, anorexia, bulimia, eating disorders, and embodiment. Has worked as a professional teaching fellow at the University of Auckland (New Zealand) in 2011, lecturing two papers in the Department of Anthropology. Worked as Eating Disorders Liaison for Flourish Centre in Auckland, New Zealand, between August 2011 and January 2012. Has worked as a volunteer collaborator at GETA - Interdisciplinary Group of Studies and Assistance in Eating Disorders at Campinas State University Hospital, from its inception in 2006 until de the end of 2010. Systemic family therapist, has worked at the Social Responsibility Clinic at the Family and Community Therapy Institute of Campinas (Instituto de Terapia da Família e da Comunidade de Campinas - ITFCCamp) in 2010.
