Max Rogério Vicentini

Holds a degree in Philosophy from the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1994), a masters degree in Logic and Epistemology from the University of Campinas (1998), and a doctorate in Philosophy from the University of São Paulo (2012), with a research internship at the SPHERE team of CNRS and Université Paris VII - Denis Diderot, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Michel Paty. Completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Graduate Program in Philosophy at the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Maria E. Q. Gonzalez (2018). Currently pursuing a postdoctoral fellowship in the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Felipe Ferreira Vander Velden, where he is a member of the Humanimalia - Anthropology of Human-Animal Relations research group. He is an Associate Professor at the State University of Maringá, with experience in the field of Philosophy, focusing on philosophy of science, working primarily on the following topics: Peirce, consciousness, philosophy of science and technology, qualia, and evolution.
