Graduate at Physical Therapy from Federal University of São Carlos (2003) and post-graduate (PhD) in Physical Therapy from Federal University of São Carlos (2008). In 2008 she has finished an international training on Occupational Safety and Health Development conduced by the Swedish Institute for Working Life (Arbetslivsinstitutet). Nowadays she is Associate Professor at the Department of Physical Therapy at Federal University of São Carlos and coordinator of the Laboratory of Clinical and Occupational Kinesiology (LACO). She is also Rector of Federal University of São Carlos. She was Director of the Center of Biological and Health Science at Federal University of São Carlos between 2014 and 2018. She has experience in Physical Therapy, particularly in Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders, Ergonomics and Movement Analysis, acting on the following subjects: Ergonomics (hazard identification in occupational settings, exposure assessment in real workplaces, intervention for preventing WRMD), Biomechanics, Temporomandibular Disorders Biological Signal Processing.
