Julio Cezar Franchini dos Santos

Graduated in Agronomy from the State University of Londrina (1990), Masters in Soil and Plant Nutrition by the Federal University of Lavras (1993), PhD in Sciences by the University of São Paulo Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture (1997) and postdoctoral in organic chemistry by the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas in Seville, Spain (1997). He is currently a researcher at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation at the National Soybean Research Center in Londrina, PR. He works in the area of Soil and Culture Management, mainly in the following subjects: soil chemistry and soil fertility, soil compaction, cover crops and green manuring, no-tillage, crop-livestock-forest integration and precision agriculture.
