Prof. Dr. Emerson Antonio Maccari (full professor at PPGA since 2008): Habilitation (Livre Docência) in Administration from the University of São Paulo - USP (2015) in the CAPES Evaluation System and its use by graduate programs. PhD in Administration from USP (2008) with a Doctoral Internship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst - USA. In his dissertation, he conducted a comparative study between the CAPES Evaluation System and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business - AACSB system in the United States for the field of Administration. Master's degree in Administration from the Regional University of Blumenau - FURB (2002). Specialist in Information Technology applied to Business Management from FURB/INPG (1999). Bachelor's degrees in Administration (2000) and Computer Science (1996) from FURB.Productivity Research Fellow since 2012, currently working on the research productivity project - PQ2 - 312283/2022-9 - CAPES-Print Program and its Influence on the Internationalization of Stricto Sensu Graduate Programs in Brazil. Served as General Coordinator of Scholarships and Projects - CGBP, at the International Relations Directorate - DRI, of CAPES (2020-2022), participating in the modeling, definition of criteria, items, and evaluation scale of the CAPES/PRINT Program Evaluation System. Coordinated the Ad Hoc evaluators' group responsible for the mid-term evaluation.He was Director of the Professional Master's in Project Management - MPA-GP-UNINOVE (2010-2012) and Director of the PPGA - UNINOVE (2012-2018). A professor at PPGA - UNINOVE since 2008, he researches the following topics: Graduate Education Management; Strategic Management of Graduate Programs; Graduate Education Evaluation System; CAPES Evaluation System; Strategy in Educational Projects; and Internationalization of Graduate Education. He contributed to the development of proposals for implementing Master's and Doctoral Programs in Administration, Accounting, Tourism, Education, Engineering, Law, and Health. Since 1999, he has been monitoring graduate programs in the CAPES evaluation process and has contributed to the development of scientific journals using the OJS (Open Journal System) platform.He served as associate editor of the Journal of Administration and Innovation - RAI (2009-2010) and the Journal of Project Management - GeP (2016-2019). Currently, he is a consulting editor for the Journal of Project Management. He participated in the CAPES Triennial Evaluation (2007-2009) in 2010 and continues to visit graduate programs in the field of administration upon CAPES' request. He was a member of the Organizing Committee of the International Academy of Management and Business - IAMB 2014 and, since 2017, has been a Member of the Executive Committee of CIK - CYRUS Institute of Knowledge - Cambridge - MA - USA.Internationally, in 2010, he participated in visits to research and education centers in China, Dubai, and the United States to promote partnerships and collaborations with centers of excellence. In 2012, he developed the International Module project for the Graduate Programs in Administration at UNINOVE, which was incorporated into the institution's curriculum. Since then, this module has been conducted annually, including partnerships with Bentley University (USA), University of Frankfurt (Germany), Université Grenoble Alpes and Université Paris Dauphine (France), and Suffolk University (USA) for Master's and Doctoral programs.His research interests include Strategic Management of Institutional Projects and Internationalization of Graduate Education. He is the author of publications in A1-ranked journals, such as Education + Training (London), and a PQ2 Research Productivity Fellow at CNPq. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
