bachelor's at Materials Engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos (1994), master's at Materials Science and Engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos (1997) and doctorate at Material Science and Engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos (2003). R&D engineer in polymeric materials in the R&D Division at Faber-Castell SA, São Carlos-SP, Brazil (2004-2005). Professor and engineer at Polymer Processing Nucleus at SENAI-CIMATEC (2005-2009). Actually professor at Federal University of Sergipe at the Materials Science and Engineering Department (2009 - ). Has experience in Materials Science and Engineering, focusing on Polymers and Applications, working on the following research subjects: polymer blends, polymer rheology and processing, recycling, natural fiber composites, wood polymer composites. Has coordinated R&D projects in the area of wood polymer composites, funded by FINEP. Advisor of postgraduate students in the Master and Doctorate (Materials Science and Engineering Post-graduating Course - Federal University of Sergipe).
