Harry Richard Hamming Neto

Economist from USP with international experience in England and the Netherlands, where he worked as a Manager of Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) Projects. Holds a postgraduate degree in Higher Education Teaching and an MBA in Public Management in Brazil. He has a Master's degree in International General Management, focusing on Leadership for Healthy and Innovation-Conducive Work Environments, and an MBA in Professional Innovation Management, both from Steinbeis University Berlin. Areas of expertise: Market Research, Quantitative Methods, Project Management (PMBoK), Meaningful Pedagogy, and Economic Feasibility for Maranhão's Agroindustry. Currently, he is an EBTT Professor and a Research Member of the Human Development | Sustainable Regional Development Group (DREASAS) at the Federal Institute of Maranhão (IFMA), teaching courses in Economics, Environmental Management, and Decision Theory at the Barra do Corda, Buriticupu, and Santa Inês campuses.
