Educator with a Masters degree in Education from the University of São Paulo and a PhD candidate in Teaching and History of Science and Mathematics at UFABC. Holds postgraduate qualifications in Management and Evaluation of Distance Learning Courses from the Federal Fluminense University, Instructional Design from the Federal University of Itajubá, and an MBA in Project Management from Anhanguera.I work as an educational specialist at the PROADI-SUS program at the Beneficência Portuguesa Hospital and as a tutor in the SENARs distance learning program. My experience includes supervision at UNIVESP, coordination of distance learning and the Pedagogy course at Faculdade Campos Salles and Centro Universitário ETEP, project management in education at Fundação Carlos Alberto Vanzolini, and coordination of the Distance Learning Department at FIPECAFI. I have also served as an academic coordinator at SOMOS Educação, an educational consultant at SEBRAE/SP, and manager at Alfabetização Solidária.As a professor, I have taught courses at institutions such as Anhanguera, FATEC/SP, and Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, among others. I am co-author of the books Transformative Educational Management: A Guide to Intrapreneurship, Strategy, and Innovation and Active Methodologies: Developing Active Lessons for Meaningful Learning, as well as the author of Problem-Based Learning and Design Thinking.My teaching expertise includes topics such as Public Policies in Education, Assessment, Research Methodology, Didactics, Curriculum, Pedagogy in Non-School Settings, Childrens and Young Adult Literature, Education and Diversity, Playfulness and Education, Adult Education (EJA), supervision of academic papers (TCC), Integrative Projects, and Teaching Practicum in teacher education programs.
