Laerte Brandão Paes de Andrade

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics with a specialization in Astronomy from the University of São Paulo (2003) and a Ph.D. in Astronomy from the University of São Paulo (2010). He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Astronomical Observatory of the State University of Ponta Grossa. He was a fellow in the Institutional Training Program at the National Laboratory of Astrophysics. He has experience in the field of Astronomy, with an emphasis on Stellar Astrophysics, focusing mainly on the following topics: internal structure of stars, stellar seismology, exoplanet detection, and observational astrophysics.
