Thais Helena Abrahão Thomaz Queluz

THAIS HELENA ABRAHAO THOMAZ QUELUZ is pulmonologist with master (1978) and PhD (1987) degrees in Medicine. She was a Research Assistant Professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo (1988-1989) and a Research Fellow of the Scripps Clinic Research Foundation (1990). Currently she is a Full Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine at the School of Medicine of Botucatu of the São Paulo State University (UNESP). She has published several articles in specialized journals and abstracts in Conference proceedings. She has oriented dissertations, theses and undergraduate research work in the area of pulmonology. She received awards and honors. Her main research line is on diseases of pulmonary vessels (pulmonary thromboembolism, pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary Vasculitis). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
