Helio Mítica Neto

Architect and Urbanist graduated at Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (FAU-USP) and Ph.D. in urban planning from the same institution. Has its focus on the conceptualization and development of planned communities, new towns, mixed use urban centers, commercial and business centers. Have more than ten years of experience dealing with questions related to higher densities, public transport, government approval, environmental legislation, and infrastructure costs.
