Lilian Maria Moura

Biologist, sanitarist, teacher and instructor of Yoga, PhD in Food and Nutrition from the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2010); (2004) / FAPESP Scholarship, Specialization in Public Health from the State University of São Paulo Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1999) and Bachelor's and Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences (1994-1998) ) by the University of Araraquara. He has experience in Food Science and Technology with emphasis on Food Science, working mainly on the following subjects: natural pigments and bioactive, carotenoids, flavonoids, phenolic compounds and ascorbic acid, mainly in citrus fruits (tangerines, limes, lemons, oranges clear and red), high performance liquid chromatography, determination of antioxidant activity and color by CIELab system; also in the area of #8203;#8203;public health (STDs), environmental education, cytology, microbiology and human and animal anatomy. High School Teacher in Biology. Yoga practitioner since 1999 and instructor for adults and children for 6 years.
