Awarded the title of Livre-Docente (2018) by the University of São Paulo. Currently, holds the position of Associate Professor (MS-5.2) in the EGE department at EERP/USP, appointed in (2006-Present). Accredited in the Postgraduate Programs in Fundamental Nursing (PPGEF-EERP/USP) - CAPES Grade 7 (2009-Present) and in the Professional Master's Program in Nursing Technology and Innovation (PPMPTIE-EERP/USP) - CAPES Grade 4 (2013-Present). Vice-Coordinator of the Coordinating Committee of the Postgraduate Program in Fundamental Nursing (2022-Present). Leader of the Evidence-Based Practice in Health Research Group (2008-Present). Tutor of the Organ and Tissue Transplant League at EERP/USP (2009-Present). Reviewer for high-impact journals. Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal Texto Contexto - Enfermagem (2021-2023). Has experience in the field of Nursing, with an emphasis on Evidence-Based Practice (EBP), conducting research that synthesizes knowledge through review methods. Certified mentor in EBP by the Helene Fuld Health Trust National Institute for Evidence-based Practice in Nursing and Healthcare, The Ohio State University, College of Nursing.
