Maria Lurdes Felsner

Graduated in Chemistry from the Blumenau Regional University (1995), Master's Degree in Physicochemistry from the UNESP State University (1997) and PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (2001) [Sp-Capital]. Currently I act like a assistant professor and as Director of Programs and Projects linked to the Pro-Rectory of Teaching at the State University of the Midwest (Unicentro). I have experience in food quality control and application of chemometric tools working mainly in the following subjects: physicochemical, elementar and statistical characterization of food and beverages, development, optimization and validation studies of new analytical methods for food and beverage quality control and application of chemometrics in solving problems in Chemistry (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
