Graduate at Geology from University of São Paulo, with MSc and PhD in Sedimentary Geology from University of São Paulo, respectively, in 1997 and 2007. Worked at the former National Department of Mineral Production (DNPM), now replaced by the National Agency of Mining (ANM), linked to the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), since 2006, with the following subjects: mineral exploration, inspection procedures of mineral resource survey and mining development, geoconservation and paleontological heritage in São Paulo State.
