Graduated in SOCIAL SERVICE from Universidade Estadual Paulista - Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2000), specialization in HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo (2011), master's degree in RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT - MEDICAL BIOTECHNOLOGY from the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu/UNESP (2018), MBA in HOTEL MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH SERVICES, from São Camilo University (2022). Specialization in Social Service and Social Project Management, from FMU/SP. The graduate received a FAPESP scholarship with research in the area of #8203;#8203;socio-educational measures for adolescent offenders. He is currently Hospitality Manager at Amaral Carvalho Hospital, responsible for the areas of: Social Service, Patient Experience. patient documentation, Hospitality, Patient Transport Center, Nutritional Production and Distribution Services, contract management in the area of #8203;#8203;cleaning, disinfection, laundry and concierge. He also serves as President of the Humanization Committee at the same institution. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Social Service, with an emphasis on Social Service in Health, Rights of Cancer Patients, Humanization, Hospitality, Hospital Management, Hospital Hospitality, Support Homes, Volunteering and Patient Experience.
