Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology of Learning, Development, and Personality at the Institute of Psychology, University of São Paulo (IPUSP). Holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB, 1992), a specialization in Hospital Psychology from the Clinical Hospital of the University of São Paulo Medical School (HCFMUSP, 1994), a Masters degree in Neurosciences and Behavior from IPUSP (1999), a Ph.D. in Experimental Pathophysiology from the University of São Paulo Medical School (FMUSP, 2005), and a Habilitation (Livre-Docência) in Neuropsychology from IPUSP (2023). He is a permanent advisor in the Graduate Program in Neurosciences and Behavior at IPUSP and coordinator of LEANPSI Laboratory for Studies and Research in Psychological and Neuropsychological Assessment. His main research interests include neuropsychology, psychological and personality assessment, psychometrics, and the application of instruments in clinical, hospital, and forensic contexts. He is a member of GT-35 Research in Psychological Assessment of ANPEPP and of the Working Group in Hospital Neuropsychology of the Brazilian Society of Neuropsychology (SBNp).
