Cristóvão de Albuquerque

Cristóvão holds a PhD in Physiology from Columbia University in the City of New York and an MBA with a major in Marketing from Fundação Instituto de Administração, of São Paulo, Brazil. From 2002 to 2004 he was a post-doctoral fellow researching epilepsy at Universidade Federal de Sao Paulo. After that he was an Associate at McKinsey & Company, working with strategy across different sectors, Area Director for Health Sciences at FAPESP (Sao Paulo Research Foundation) and Research Group Manager at Natura Cosmeticos. Over the next 10 years, as owner of PositivaMente, Cristóvão worked with clients in the business, government and third sectors in both consulting and training. As a consultant, engagements included claims validation, strategy repositioning, ESG studies and policy design, sector studies, among others. Training, working for Publicase, focused on scientific writing (together with several year's experience in scientific manuscript editing). Currently, Cristóvão is manager for Research Collaborations at the Sao Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
