Clayton Cardoso Romano

Graduated (1998), MSc (2001) and Ph.D. (2008) in History from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP), Campus de Franca. Associate Professor at the Federal University of Triangulo Mineiro (UFTM) since the beginning of 2010, was elected Chair of the Department of History (DHIS) for the biennium 2010-2012 and reelected for the biennium 2012-2014. Co-founder of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies and Research in Politics, History, Space, Education and Society (NIEPHES-UFTM), where he coordinates the research line Politics, History and Political Culture. Also plays a mentoring group PET History UFTM.
