Dr. Fabio Leite (BDS, MSc, Ph.D.) graduated in Dentistry from UNESP (2003), with a masters (2006) and Ph.D. (2009) in Periodontics, and completed a postdoc at the University of Adelaide (2014/5). He is currently Director of Basic Translational Research at ORH ACP, Duke-NUS Medical School, and Lead of the Singapore Oral Microbiome Initiative and Precision Oral Health at NDCS. His research combines molecular biology, epidemiology, and clinical trials, focusing on circulatory dysfunction, lipids, sugars, and exposomes in oral tissues. An author of 100+ publications, he has mentored 35 students and secured over USD 4 million in funding. Recognized among the Worlds Top 2 Scientists, he serves on editorial boards of leading journals such as JDR and Journal of Periodontal Research. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
