Silvia Menicucci de Oliveira

Graduated in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (1999), holds a Masters in International Law from University of São Paulo (2002) and also a PhD in International Law from University of São Paulo (2006). Received scholarships from FAPESP and SYLFF. Realized an internship at Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (New York). While in Rio, was professor in the Department of Law at PUC-Rio and lawyer of the agreement between Caritas Archdiocese of Rio de Janeiro and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). In Brasilia, was legal manager of the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brazil). Currently, is specialist in the international area of the National Confederation of Industry, where works with business diplomacy and professor of the International Relations course in Uniceub.
