I am graduated in Sport (2005), master's (2010), doctorate (2015) and postdoc (2021) at the School of Physical Education and Sport of University of São Paulo (SPES-USP). In 2017, I was a Substitute Professor of "Genetics of Motor Activity" subject in the SPES-USP. Currently, I am a Professor at Paulista University (UNIP) and Researcher at Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Exercise Physiology and at Laboratory of Adaptations to Strength Training (SPES-USP). I am the researcher responsible for the project Effect of combined aerobic and resistance training on the response to chemotherapy in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer: contribution of miRNAs in force at FAPESP in the Regular Research Grant modality. I am also an associate researcher of the Thematic Research Project entitled Impact of the autonomic nervous system on cancer: associated mechanisms and effect of physical training in force at FAPESP. I have experience in the area of Physical Education and Sport, with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, acting on the following topics: exercise training, skeletal muscle system, muscle mass regulation, special population, aging, heart failure, Parkinson Disease and cancer. I am one of the coordinators of the Exercise Physiology and Aging Study Group at the Exercise Physiology and Aging Research Laboratory. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
