Holds a complete academic background: PhD in Production Engineering (expected 2027), Master's in Mechanical Engineering (2024), and Bachelor's in Materials Engineering (2005), all from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). Also holds a second degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology from the Faculty of Technology, Fatec, Ribeirão Preto, (2024). Completed an MBA specialization in Strategic Marketing Management at the School of Economics, Business Administration, and Accounting of the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP) in 2016.
