Graduated at Mechanical Engineering by the National University of Trujillo - UNT, (2000), Master in Aerospace Engineering by the National Institute for Space Research - INPE (2004) and PhD. at Aerospace Engineering from by the National Institute for Space Research - INPE (2009) and Postdoctoral Fellow in Energy Production in the Vale Energy Solutions (2010). He has experience in Aerospace Engineering and Thermal Engineering, especially in combustion chambers, rocket engines and gas turbines, acting in the following topics: hydrazines, combustion chambers, mathematical models, carbon black, liquid propellant rocket engines and hybrid. Prof. Cesar is currently Senior Lecturer of the Center Technology in the Federal University of Santa Maria (CT/UFSM) and Researcher Professor in the Brazil Open University (UAB/UFSM) in the Course of Energy Efficiency Applied to Production Processes (CEDEAP).
