Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (2006). Holds a Master's degree in Procedural Law from the University of São Paulo (2013), under the supervision of Professor Ada Pellegrini Grinover. Received the title of Master of Laws (LL.M) from Harvard Law School in 2015. Her thesis (long paper) on Small Claims Class Actions compares the Brazilian and American systems, from the perspective of the positive externalities observed in each of them. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Procedural Law at the University of São Paulo, expected to be completed in 2025, developing a case study on the macrolide of Economic Plans. Has professional experience in the field of Law, with an emphasis on Civil Law and Civil Procedure, as well as research experience in the area of General Theory of the State, Individual and Collective Civil Procedural Law, Repetitive Litigation, and Access to Justice. Has been working as an academic assistant to Professor Susana Henriques da Costa since 2011. Has teaching experience as a guest lecturer in Civil Procedural Law courses at the University of São Francisco (São Bernardo do Campo) and in the subject of Credit Instruments at IBMEC (São Paulo).
