Roberta Veloso Garcia

Graduated in Physics from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP (2004), Master's degree in Physics from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP (2007), in the area of Flight Dynamics and PhD in Space Technology Engineering at National Institute for Space Research - INPE (2011), area of Space Mechanics and Control. She is currently a MS 5.1 teacher and researcher in the Basic and Environmental Sciences department of the Lorena School of Engineering EEL/USP, working in two areas of research: (1) Aerospace Engineering area, with an emphasis on state estimation methods and attitude of artificial satellites and, (2) Teaching area, with an emphasis on new teaching techniques and methodologies applied to basic education, with special emphasis on the subject of Mathematics. In postgraduate studies, she is a permanent professor of the professional master's degree in Educational Science Projects (EEL-USP). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
