Cassia Ayumi Takahashi

Graduated in Biological Sciences (Bachelors Degree and Licentiate's degree in education) from the University of São Paulo (2004), Master in Biological Sciences (Botany) from University of São Paulo (2008), PhD in Biological Science (Botany) from University of São Paulo (2014) and pos-doctoral developed in Faculty of Agronomy at Niigata University, Japan (2016). Has experience in the area of Botany with emphasis on Plant Physiology, acting on the following topics: Bromeliaceae, rice plant (Oryza sativa cv Nipponbare, N22), ex vitro cultivation of plants, in vitro cultivation of plants materials, plant nutrition, nitrogen metabolism, plant biochemistry and enzymology, genetic transformation of plants and basic molecular biology.
