Manager responsible for the pharmaceutical warehouse operations in Brazil, China and South Africa. Responsible for 50 subordinates distributed in these 3 countries. Directly responsible for the management of the activities of the Clinical Trials Supply Chain Service division, corresponding to all processes regarding: storage and distribution, maintenance and infra structure development, as well as leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary and globalized team for the execution of these activities. Execute the warehouse tour with the customers and regulation auditors (national and international) clarifying all questions and showing the competitive advantage and the value added service provided by World Courier. Was part of the ISO 9001:2008 qualification process; enabled the warehouse for 344/98 as well as other local or international norm (FDA and European ones). Provided regular reports to the top management to update about the latest events and status development. Knowledge of project management and change management. Active participation on projects dedicated to streamline processes and results in cost reduction aligned to the company strategy. Purchase, imports and exports of medical and pharmaceutical products. Prepared seminars, ease in leading with people, dynamic, good interpersonal relationship. Successful Results: - Lived in Argentina for 6 months in order to restructure the headquarter and define KPIs for all processes related to Clinical Research products storage. - Executed the start up of the operations in South Africa and China together with a team of 4. Currently we are a team of 20 in both countries. - Had the opportunity to lead the KPI plan in order to implement meritocracy through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators in order to promote my team in a fair and impartial way. - Created and developed KPIs to identify and correct processes mistakes in the operations.
