Maina Sia Perin

She is currently in career transition studying Speech Therapy at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (2019 - in progress). She holds her first degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (2006), in which she developed two Scientific Initiation projects with a scholarship from FAPESP. Subsequently, she took an MBA in Agribusiness from the University of São Paulo (2009) and has a master's degree in Sciences with an emphasis on Entomology from ESALQ / USP (2016). She was a Technical Intern in Product Development for sugarcane at Dupont do Brasil (currently Corteva - 2006). She worked for 13 years at Samaritá Indústria e Comércio de Fertilizantes e Defensivos (current Grupo Vittia - 2019). She has experience in product research and development (fertilizers and pesticides), product registration with government agencies, marketing, organization of agricultural events, technical expertise in citrus and international commercial management.
