Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences (2004), Master's degree in Genetics (2007), both from UNESP - Botucatu/SP. PhD in Oncology from Fundação Antônio Prudente/AC Camargo Cancer Center (2019). Executive MBA in Business Management, 2023. Over 16 years of experience in management and operational activities of biobanks. Strong research and laboratory skills in molecular biology and genomics. Proven ability to manage and lead scientific projects and teams, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Expertise in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Control (QC) procedures, and best practices in Biobanking and Scientific Research. Currently serving as Research Supervisor, managing all activities related to the International Research Center (CIPE - ACCCC), including laboratories and Core Facilities (Biobank, Histology-Immunohistochemistry - Tissue Microarray, Animal Facility, Genomic Sequencing, Flow Cytometry, Platforms and Systems).
