Marcelo Furtado Nascimento

Graduated in Materials Engineering by Universidade Federal de São Carlos (2009) . Nowadays, I am product engineer at Empresa Brasileira de Aeronáutica (Embraer) . I have experience in the area of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering , with emphasis on Structure of Metals and Alloys , acting on the following topics : amorphous materials , glassy metal, liquid cooling , lambda criterion and spray forming . Types of experience in structural analysis ( metallography , optical microscopy , electron microscopy , hardness , etc.), gained from years of training focused on the area of metallic materials.Regarding professional experience as Engineer, at Usiminas I developed skills on the area of quality and continuous improvement . At Embraer developed the concept of integrated product development and act as technical lead in buying large machining tooling and shape control .
