Simone Bueno Borges da Silva

Graduate at Letras from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (1992), master's at Linguistics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1999) and ph.d. at Linguistics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2003). She is a professor at the Federal University of Bahia where she works in the Literature course, in the Professional Master's Degree in Letters (PROFLETRAS) and in the Postgraduate Program in Language and Culture (PPGLinC). Has experience in Linguistics, focusing on Applied Linguistics, acting on the following subjects: teacher training; educational technologies; literacy and multiliteracy, teaching and learning reading and writing.
