Architect and urban planner graduated from Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP and Master in Ecology from Universidade Santa Cecília - UNISANTA. Coordinator of the Working Group on Technical Assistance for Social Interest Housing - ATHIS, of the Procomum Institute. Member of the Organizing Committee of the Jornada Santista do Patrimônio Histórico. For the Secretariat of Urban Development of the Municipality of Santos - SP, has been the head of the Technical Office Alegra Centro, responsible for the revitalization and development of the Historic Central Region of Santos. In the academic area, developed researches on ATHIS, Historical and Cultural Heritage, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Division of Labor in the Production of Architecture.
