He is the leader of the Research Group in Political Economy and Economic History (GPEPHE - CNPq), active at UFABC, and a researcher in the INCT Metropolitan Observatory network: São Paulo nucleus. He taught at PUC-SP from 2008 to 2016 and at Mackenzie University from 2008 to 2012. He coordinated the Specialization Course in Urban Economics and Public Management at the General Coordination of Specialization, Improvement, and Extension (COGEAE-PUC-SP) from 2013 to 2016, where he also served as a professor and thesis advisor. Additionally, he was the vice-leader and leader of the Research Group on History, Memory, and Economic Thought in the Economics Department at PUC-SP (HIMEPE-PUC-SP).
