I have a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from UNESP (2005) and a specialization in Market Intelligence from FIA (2012). In addition, I was a special student in Strategic Planning by FEA - USP (2014) and in Analysis, Planning, Control and Simulated Management of MKT also by FEA-USP (2015). I am currently responsible for the Competitive Intelligence nucleus of the residential segment of the operator TIM in São Paulo working on market monitoring projects and several benchmarks, including international ones with a research project "in loco" in Asian countries such as Australia, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia . In addition, I am responsible for several projects in the company including mapping of possible changes resulting from the post-pandemic, that is, the "New Normal" that covers the following pillars: globalization and trade, social and behavioral impacts and technological changes (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
