Michele Marim

Graduated in Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering from the School of Engineering of São Carlos - USP and Masters in Science from the School of Engineering of São Carlos - USP. She is post graduate in Public Health and has a specialization in Digital Marketing in Health.Some professional experiences: Management of innovation and technology projects applied to companies from different sectors with the aim of optimizing processes and/or developing more competitive products that are suitable for the consumer market. Identification of project requirements; scope elaboration; activity detailing; identification of knowledge, skills and technical tools for execution; team structuring; monitoring of activities and deliveries; assessment of compliance with established deadlines; quality assessment; delivery to the end customer; implementation follow-up; evaluation of results and impacts. Data analysis and application of return on investment techniques to define project feasibility. Evaluation of project results and impacts across the organization's stakeholder chain. Application of benchmarking tools with organizations in the sector of interest to help model better projects. Communication with different sectors of the organization to promote the effective implementation of technology projects and tools (adaptation of language for presentation to different audiences of interest, promoting a change of mindset and effective implementation of new technologies in organizations). Evaluation of innovation projects in university research centers in order to promote partnerships with the private sector.
