Prof. Gustavo Donato is a Mechanical Engineer (FEI University, 2004), with specialization in Business Administration from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV, 2007). Got his PhD in Engineering from the Polytechnic Scholl of the University of São Paulo (2008) and acts as researcher and full professor at FEI University since 2008. Received several distinctions regarding academic achievement and scientific contributions. Contributed as Rector at Centro Universitário FEI between ja. 2020 and jan. 2024, where also contributed as head of Innovation and head of the Mechanical Engineering department. Its scientific background is related to structural integrity, fatigue and fracture of engineering materials, including metals, polymers and composites, areas in which has more than 100 published papers in journals and conferences.
