Elizabeth Fujimori

Elizabeth Fujimori is Associate Professor 3 of the Collective Health Nursing Department in the School of Nursing at University of São Paulo (EEUSP) since 1999. In this same institution, she is Vice-President of the Graduate Commission since 2016 and Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Nursing (PPGE) since 2013. She was Chairman (2002-2008) and Deputy-Chairman (1998-2002) of the Research Commission, Vice Coordinator of the PPGE (2011-2013) and Coordinator of the Centre for Support at Culture Activities and University Extension - Nursing Care in Collective Health (1995-2005). She is the leader of the Centre of Epidemiological Studies in the Collective Health Nursing Perspective, registered at CNPq since 1992. Awards and / or honors have been won and fundings has been obtained to develop of her studies (FAPESP, CNPq). She was preceptor of 2 postdoctorals; 11 doctorates, 13 master's degree and more than 30 scientific initiations with scholarship. Currently she is Associate Editor of Journal of School of Nursing University of São Paulo, and ad-hoc reviewer of research funding agencies (CNPq, Fapesp, Fapema, Fapemig, Fapeal, Fapes, Capes). She is also reviewing member of national and international journals in Nursing, Public Health, Epidemiology and Nutrition (Public Health Nutrition, Archivos Latinoamericanos de Nutrición, Revista Hacia la Promoción de la Salud, Journal of School of Nursing University of São Paulo, Revista Latino-Americana de Enfermagem, Revista Brasileira de Enfermagem, Acta Paulista de Enfermagem, Text & Context Nursing, Revista de Saúde Publica, Cadernos de Saúde Pública, Brazilian Journal of Epidemiology, Collective Health and Science, Brazilian Journal of Maternal and Child Health, Journal of Pediatrics, Brazilian Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Journal of Nutrition, Communication, Health, Education, Science, Care And Health, Acta Amazonica, Nutrire). She has experience in Nursing, Collective Health and Nutrition, working mainly in the following subjects: nutritional analysis of the population, nutritional deficiencies, anemia, infant feeding, breastfeeding, overweight and obesity in children and adolescents and cardiovascular risk in adolescents.
